The Problem

Independent workers and small teams spend a disproportionate amount of time chasing invoices, switching between billing tools, and manually reconciling payments across clients. Cash flow visibility is reactive, not predictive.

What I Built

Ledger is a centralized revenue management platform that automates the financial lifecycle end to end. It handles invoicing, tracks payment status autonomously, forecasts revenue, and sends reminders without manual intervention.

Core Features

Multi-Workspace Billing Architects a clean separation between client workspaces, each with its own invoice history, payment terms, and compliance state, while surfacing a unified view across all of them. Predictive Revenue Forecasting Analyzes historical payment patterns per client to forecast expected cash flow. Surfaces anomalies (clients trending toward overdue) before they become a problem. Autonomous Reminder Workflows Integrated automated reminder sequences triggered by payment status: initial due-date nudge, escalating follow-ups, final notice. No manual tracking required. Real-Time Compliance Tracking Tracks tax compliance state and invoice validity rules per region, flagging issues before invoices are sent. Payments Integration Integrated Razorpay for global payment acceptance, supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and international methods with webhook-based status reconciliation.
